Logistics
Everything is controlled from our premises in Meersburg. Here we receive orders from our
dealers and contracts from our customers.
 Yacht construction in the boatyard
We produce each yacht that is ordered using the 6 components, and set a time plan according
to which the contracts or orders are processed. The entire procedure is timed in such a way as
to ensure that everything is delivered at the right time to the company where the yacht is
mounted or built. When mounting has been completed, each yacht is brought to us in Meersburg
for the completion with loose parts, the keel fitting and the final check. Only then is the
finished Ott yacht delivered to the customer. Naturally, we use our own boat transport vehicle.
We began working with this system in 1994 with

the APHRODITE IOI and have since gradually
expanded its use to all of our yachts. For the different production sites away from our company
premises, we have people responsible for monitoring the construction and quality right from the start.
 Fitted shells
Production locations
We currently produce our different yachts at our premises in Meersburg, as well as in Denmark and
Poland. In Poland, we have the GRP construction for the International 806, and

the GRP construction, furniture building, fittings mounting and final mounting for the
Diamant 2000 and Diamant 3000. In Denmark, we have the furniture construction and final
mounting for the Aphrodite IOI and the International 806. As we have already mentioned, the
H-Boat is built entirely by ourselves in Meersburg.
In every case, the fittings are provided solely by us, having been selected from brand-name manufacturers.

Transport
For example, we only use insulating gel coats and insulating resins in the overall
laminate, as well as Harken fittings, Andersen winches, John masts and many other brand-name
products.
